Reminders that stay on your device

Set a reminder for a medication and it is scheduled as a local notification on your own iPhone. Nothing is sent through a server and nothing leaves your device — your phone simply shows a notification when a time you have chosen comes round. You pick the times, and you can change them whenever your routine shifts. It is a prompt to help you remember, nothing more.

The app does not give medical advice

This is worth being clear about. Kidney Tracker holds the list and the reminder times you enter. It does not check doses, it does not suggest changes, and it does not warn about interactions. Your medications — what you take, how much, and when — are a matter for your own clinical team and pharmacist. The app's role is purely to keep your own record and to nudge you at the times you set.
