Medication tracking with reminders
Keep a tidy list of your medications and set local reminders on your iPhone, so a dose is easy to remember and your list is ready for an appointment.
A medication routine is easy to keep on a good day and easy to lose track of on a busy one. Whether you take one tablet or several at different times, having the list in one place — and a gentle nudge when a dose is due — takes some of the mental load off the day. Kidney Tracker keeps that list and sets the reminders for you, while leaving every clinical decision firmly with you and your team.
Your medication list, in one place
Add the medications you take and keep them together in a single, tidy list on your phone. Because it sits in the same app as the rest of your records, your list can travel with the weight, fluid, blood pressure and blood-result figures your team may have asked you to keep, rather than living in a separate note you have to dig out.
Reminders that stay on your device
Set a reminder for a medication and it is scheduled as a local notification on your own iPhone. Nothing is sent through a server and nothing leaves your device — your phone simply shows a notification when a time you have chosen comes round. You pick the times, and you can change them whenever your routine shifts. It is a prompt to help you remember, nothing more.
The app does not give medical advice
This is worth being clear about. Kidney Tracker holds the list and the reminder times you enter. It does not check doses, it does not suggest changes, and it does not warn about interactions. Your medications — what you take, how much, and when — are a matter for your own clinical team and pharmacist. The app's role is purely to keep your own record and to nudge you at the times you set.
Ready for your next appointment
When you have a clinic visit or a medication review, your records can be turned into a printable, shareable report on your device. Having your current list to hand makes those conversations easier and helps avoid the "what is it I take again?" moment. As with everything in the app, the report is generated on your device, goes only where you send it, and leaves no copy behind.
Private by design
There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising. Your medication list and reminder times stay in a database on your own iPhone. Because the data is local, deleting the app removes it, so it is worth keeping your device backed up while you rely on the reminders.
Kidney Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — always follow your own clinical team.
