Help, questions and feedback

Email support@kidneytracker.app and I'll get back to you. Feedback and ideas are very welcome.

What Kidney Tracker is

A simple, private app for logging your fluid in and out, weight, blood pressure, medications and your own test results, with running totals against the targets you set yourself. It records and adds up what you enter — it doesn't give medical advice, and any targets are ones you choose based on your own clinical team's guidance.

Common questions

On your device only. There's no account and nothing is uploaded to us — we can't see your data. Removing the app deletes it from your device, so consider keeping your device backed up.

During first-run setup, and any time afterwards in Settings. The day-start hour lets your daily totals line up with your clinic's 24-hour chart instead of midnight.

They're scheduled as local notifications on your device at the times you set. You'll need to allow notifications when asked.

Open the report, then print or share it. The report is created on your device; it goes only where you send it.

Subscriptions, trials and refunds

Some features may require a subscription, with a free trial where offered. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple — you can view, change or cancel them in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Kidney Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — always follow your own clinical team.
